Role Description:
We’re looking for a client-side Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of high-density residential projects.
These projects are predominately new builds to Residential, Commercial, Social & Affordable Housing, Hotels, Aged Care & Retirement Living projects.
Located in our Sydney CBD office, you’ll be responsible for:
  • Overseeing scope of works.
  • Design, tendering and procurement.
  • Engaging with contractors and consultants
  • Report writing and client management.
  • Site superintendency and oversight of construction.
  • Overseeing contract management, variations and claims.
  • Ensuring projects are delivered on time and on budget, to the highest possible standard.
Candidate Profile
To be successful, you’ll need demonstrated experience delivering Residential, Commercial, Social & Affordable Housing, Hotels, Aged Care & Retirement Living projects.
This role would suit someone from a client-side Project Management background.
You’ll also need:
  • The ability to understand ‘the big picture’ of where these projects fit into the social infrastructure space (for Government projects), or how these developments impact the strategic objectives of private organisations (for projects in the private sector).
  • Strong communication skills and an ability to build rapport with stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Experience with design and construction phases of projects from the High-Density Residential sector.
  • A willingness to work as part of the Project delivery team, to deliver outstanding outcomes for clients.
  • Qualifications in Development Management, Project Management, Engineering, Construction, or related discipline.

This role is a great opportunity for a Project Manager looking to take charge and manage some exciting large-scale projects in a key sector of the Property & Buildings space.
As a Project Manager at RPI, you’ll also receive:
  • The ability to broaden your project expertise – we offer a range of projects across multiple sectors, giving you access to the full Infrastructure spectrum.
  • Phenomenal support from our talented leadership team – you’ll play an integral part in shaping the further development of our business.
  • A hybrid working environment, with high levels of autonomy and flexibility.  Work in a way that best suits you!
  • Ongoing career development and continuous progression opportunities.  Upon joining RPI, you’ll receive your own tailored Professional Development Plan, as well as a senior mentor to help you reach your next career goals.
  • A strong, supportive management team that cares about YOU.  We’re passionate about what we do, and we’re proud to prioritise the development of our staff.
  • Access to events, activities and initiatives driven by our popular Health & Wellbeing + Diversity & Inclusion committees (think: trips to Luna Park, AFL matches, the Australian Open, team dinners/drinks, bowling, boat parties and much more!)
