Responsibilities

You will support or manage the execution of a range of investments. Day to day this translates into seeking out new investments, meeting with management, undertaking diligence, building financial models, completing transactions and working with the Board throughout the investment.

Essential skills

• 3-10 years' experience in M&A or private equity
• Previous experience working in transaction services, corporate finance, M&A or private equity
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Ability to meet and work towards deadlines
