Our client

Numbers Executive is currently supporting a well-established and growing investor in its search for an Associate Director to join its leading real estate investment team. 

The opportunity

An integral member of the origination and execution team, the Associate Director will play a lead role in the evaluation and execution of debt (corporate and project) and equity investments across commercial, industrial and residential projects (and businesses) with a unique focus on sustainable outcomes.  This will require the critical analysis of investment proposals, review of model development / inputs / assumptions / structure and valuation methodology.  The Associate Director will contribute to the preparation of investment papers for review by senior executives in addition to collaborating on strategic insights and future investment focus areas.

A position requiring a high level of critical thinking, commercial insight and numerical strength, the successful candidate will likely have a minimum of 8 years' experience, demonstrating a proven track record working in the property sector, across multiple asset classes and on equity investments.  A collaborative style with the ability to develop and nurture more junior team members is required as is the ability to add value to strategic discussions.
