We are currently seeking customer-focused, detail-oriented, goal-driven Service Consultants (Call Center Agents) to join our Call Center Team as a temp to perm employees. This role offers a kick-start into the world of banking, where you get to learn about various areas of the bank and how to utilize resources to respond to customers' inquiries. You'll gain a foundational knowledge base to build a successful career in the banking industry.
As a Service Consultant (Call Center Agent), you are the first line of communication for our internal and external customers. You'll have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced in environment alongside a team who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service. You'll also have the opportunity to earn incentives based on your performance.
Compensation: Pay starts at $20/hr with great opportunities for career growth.
Location: This position is located in the Kamehameha Industrial Center in Kalihi (Oahu).
Work Schedule:
Office is open 7am-7pm, 7 days a week (shifts vary - MUST BE ABLE TO WORK ALL DAYS AND SHIFTS)
Training (3-6 months) will be M-F, 8am-5pm, after which, schedule shifts as you go from training mode to Call Center Agent mode.
This is a Full-Time, Temp to Perm position.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while creating a positive customer experience & appropriately handling confidential customer information.
- 1-2 years customer service / financial / retail / sales experience
- Experience in a Call Center environment is desirable.
- Experience with computers & phones, & internet
